| Fire Levy Public Info Meetings Sept. 10 & Oct. 29 Residents are invited to two public info meetings for the Fire and Rescue Levy. The meetings are Wednesday September 10 and Wednesday October 29 at 7 p.m. at Fire Station # 1 in Neapolis.

| At the July 2, 2008 regular meeting the Board of Trustees voted unanimously to place a 5-year, 2-1/2 mill renewal levy for Fire and Rescue Department operations before Township residents. If approved at on the November 4, 2008 General Election this levy would replace an existing 5-year, 2-1/2 mill levy that expired on December 31, 2007. This is a renewal not a new tax. |
